There are some stains that will not be removed from regular carpet cleaning. Blood, coffee or product containing red dye will leave the carpet fibers permanently damage. The only way to remove those stains is by repairing the area. This is when we cut out the area with the stain and install a new piece of carpet in its place.
Our customer in Paradise Valley had another carpet cleaning company come clean his carpet to try to remove stains. It looked like it may have been juice. Check out the before and after photos of the job we did for our customer, he was very happy with the end results.
